3) Liability for Errors or Loss of Service:

In no event shall HomeBizHosting, Inc., its employees, or its service providers be liable for damages or lost profits due to technical or human error in the service provided by KCAntiqueMalls.com. HomeBizHosting, Inc. expressly disclaims any liability for errors or omissions in the data presented in any Antique Mall listing.

4) Refusal of Service:

We may refuse service at our own discretion. HomeBizHosting.com and its employees reserve the right to remove any Antique Mall listing without prior contact to the Mall Point of Contact.
